I am a highly specialised neurological physiotherapist based in Ropley, East Hampshire, dedicated to providing exceptional physiotherapy for neurological conditions. Graduating in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Birmingham and more recently completing an MSc in Neurological Rehabilitation at Brunel University. I have extensive experience working in the NHS, including at the prestigious National Hospital for Neurology, as well as in private practice in both London and Hampshire.
With expertise in exercise prescription and physical activity promotion, I have completed postgraduate training in Neurofit, focusing on functional movement screening, mobility, stability, and strength. I am currently embarking on her APPI Pilates training to further enhance her knowledge and skills in this area. I am is well-equipped to treat more complex neurological conditions, utilizing techniques such as Bobath, respiratory and spasticity management, as well as splinting and Functional/neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation to support rehabilitation.
I have extensive expertise and knowledge in providing physiotherapy for neurological conditions, treating a wide range of issues including Stroke, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Injury, Ataxia, balance dysfunction, Neuromuscular Conditions such as MND, Myotonic Dystrophy and rarer neurological conditionals such as MSA and PSP.
